Each order at mz.universum is made-to-order and shipped via my trusted print-on-demand partner, Printful, from their closest fulfillment facility. Please review the details below for information on production, shipping timelines, and customs policies.
📦 Order Processing Time
All products are made especially for you as soon as you place an order. It typically takes 2–7 business days to fulfill an order before it's shipped out.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
🚚 Estimated Shipping Times
Below are standard shipping estimates after fulfillment:
Australia 2–14 business days
United States 3–4 business days
United Kingdom 5–10 business days
Please note: shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to postal service disruptions, customs inspections, or peak seasonal demand. Delivery times may also vary depending on which fulfillment location your item is shipped from. For example, if your item is printed and shipped from a facility outside your country or region, the transit time may be extended.
🌍 Where Will My Order Ship From?
Your order will be fulfilled by Printful at the facility best positioned to reach you quickly and efficiently—this may be in Australia, the US, the UK, or elsewhere depending on stock, demand, and your location.
💰 Customs & Import Duties
UK, US & Australian orders typically do not incur customs duties.
However, in rare cases where customs fees or taxes are charged:
- These are the responsibility of the buyer.
- mz.universum is not liable for any customs-related charges or delays.
Customs policies vary widely by country—please contact your local customs office for further information.
❓ Missing or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn’t arrived after the estimated delivery window:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for errors in the delivery address.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking info.
- Ask neighbours or building management in case it was delivered nearby.
If you’ve done all this and still can’t locate your order, please email me at mz.universum@gmail.com within 30 days of the estimated delivery date, including:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation
- Any photos of incorrect or damaged items (if applicable)
🔁 Incorrect or Damaged Orders
If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact me at mz.universum@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, and include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue
- A short description of what went wrong
I’ll review your case and issue a replacement or refund where appropriate.
🛑 Address Issues & Reshipments
If you entered the wrong address and the order was returned to sender or lost:
- I can resend the item once it’s returned, or reprint it for you.
- Additional shipping charges will apply.
Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid issues.
