Returns & Refund Policy – mz.universum

At mz.universum, each product is made-to-order just for you. Because of this, I do not accept returns or exchanges unless your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please read below for full details.


Do You Accept Returns or Exchanges?

Due to the print-on-demand nature of the items, I do not offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size or colour selection

If you're unsure about sizing, please check the size guide listed in each product description.


When Can I Get a Refund?

Refunds are only offered in the following cases:

  • You received the wrong item
  • Your item arrived damaged or defective

To request a refund, please email me at mz.universum@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order, and include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the issue
  • A short description of the problem

Once reviewed, I’ll either send you a replacement or issue a refund to your original payment method.


🔁 Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size or Colour?

I don’t offer size or colour exchanges. However, if your item was mislabeled or printed incorrectly, please contact me within 7 days with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and the mislabel

If confirmed, I’ll send you a replacement at no extra cost.


⚠️ Items That Cannot Be Returned or Refunded

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable, unless damaged or incorrect:

  • Digital downloads
  • Customised or personalised products
  • Print-on-demand apparel (unless faulty)
  • Gift cards
  • Sale items

💸 When Will I Receive My Refund?

If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days, please first check with your bank, then contact me at mz.universum@gmail.com.
